Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
The item should be returned in its original packaging (if available) and shipped to the return address provided in our email.
Important Notes:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to meet our Speedy ($6.99) or Lightning Fast ($12.99) delivery commitments. In such cases, the shipping fee will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returns will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 2-3 business days after the return is processed.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if the item does not match your order, we are happy to offer an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact customer service within 15 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.

Exchange Process:

You will be required to securely pack the item and ship it back to us via USPS, using the original packaging if available.
Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly ship out a replacement at no additional cost.

Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, exchanges are only offered if the product arrives damaged. In this case, we will replace only the damaged items, not the entire order.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are counterfeit or do not match the product as described cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
